We will look at the mind as a field in which seeds or bijas are planted every day through our thoughts and actions. We will explore transforming the seeds of suffering that is illuminated through our Zen practice.

After class you are welcome to stay for a public sitting meditation session and dharma talk by various teachers. Zenju will give a dharma talk after class on February 25th and April 1st.
