Join us for a one day sitting retreat in which we will practice using the breath to ignite our lives. We use our breath to awaken that which is sleep inside us. If you are new to the experience of a day long sitting or have others concerns please talk to the teacher  (info@zenju.org) about how you might navigate the day with ease and awakening. If you have never met with Zenju please make an appointment for tea prior to the retreat.
