Founded and curated by Dr. Shanté Paradigm Smalls, Weekly Dharma Gathering aims to highlight BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women, female-bodied, and femme teachers; younger teachers, non-vajrayana teachers, disabled teachers, and teachers from a diverse range of traditions and communities.
