Suggested contribution of $10 online or at the door – No one turned away for lack of funds.

Meditation can regenerate the energy zapped by the chaos in your life and in the world. Deep meditation extends beyond being quiet and battling with your thoughts. You will learn to cultivate true joy, relaxation, and peace despite the fires of life. Each week you will be given specific instructions, exercises, and time to ask questions. You will have an opportunity to sign up for personal meditation guidance by phone with the teacher outside of the class during the series.  You do not have attend all three classes but it would be wonderful if you could participate in such a way. BEGINNERS WELCOME.

Note: If you can, we suggest you attend the yoga class with Erica Śvani Grevemeyer prior to the Deep Meditation session. It will assist in the stillness needed to summon your heart.
