Please take a look at our new campaign video:
Still Breathing Meditation Center is an endeavor that has come into fruition. The vision was to have an oasis of peace in East Oakland and to bring a sense of peace to those who live near, walk by or come in. To remain in the community we must raise $20,000. Today, we hit $4,000 and we are looking to raise $5,000 or more every week until the campaign ends. Please consider helping us at whatever level fits.
We had a packed house for our grand opening and we are looking for to seeing many folks again for Family Day on April 19th from 10:30 am- 2 pm. There will be a talk, potluck and music by Mahea Uchiyama (mahea.com)

If you are unfamiliar with my work go to zenju.org. If you want to know me better please contact me so we can sit down and talk. I really enjoy face-to-face rather than cyberspace. We also have April classes coming up: I Can’t Sit Still, open to everyone and Historical Legacies Dharma and Healing: A Sanctuary for people of color. Go to stillbreathingmeditation.org for more information.
We look forward to seeing you soon,
