Join us for a one day sitting retreat in which we will practice using the breath in the midst of groundlessness. So much violence in the world today. How do we respond?  If you are new to the experience of a day long sitting or have others concerns please talk to the teacher  (info@zenju.org) about how you might navigate the day with ease and awakening. If you have never met with Zenju please make an appointment for tea prior to the retreat.
